Motorized Folding Track Stair Chair (Portable Stair Lift)

This chair assists a caregiver in moving a patient up and down the stairs.  We like that it is motorized and can be stopped mid-staircase without rolling down the stairs. Its portability allows you to carry it in the car and tackle stairs in various locations. We do not stock this product because the caregiver must be able to go up and down stairs while leaning over.  Most of our customers and their spouses are advanced in age; we are concerned that caregivers in their 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s would have difficulty using this product unless they were in excellent health without any back problems.  Also, the portable stairlift requires training before using it safely.
