The Stairlift Store Difference. In 1998, we started the Stairlift Store with our Mother. She had mobility issues and needed a scooter for a family vacation. Quickly after starting our business, we expanded into other medical equipment such as power wheelchairs, vehicle lifts, ramps, lift chairs, stairlifts, and elevators. We know firsthand the importance of quality and price. Just like with our own Mom, our goal is to make you, and your family's life easier, which is why we sell dependable products at the best prices. We will explain why we recommend certain stairlifts and why we do not recommend others. Whichever way you decide to go, rest assured, we will be there to help you and resolve any issues. That’s the Stairlift Store promise. We have trained technicians that are able to service and install anything that we sell.

Ask questions before you buy. Prior to buying any medical equipment online, please ask who will install and service your product. At some point in the future, all mechanical items will need basic maintenance and/or repair. The majority of local providers will not service items that have not been installed by a factory trained technician due to unsafe and incorrect installations by untrained individuals. Also, most manufacturers will not sell parts or offer technical support to untrained individuals. Please do your research prior to buying.
