Panoramic glass home elevator — modern residential homelift

Home Elevators & Through-Floor Lifts

Stay in the Home You Love — on Every Floor.

A home elevator gives you full, comfortable access to every level of your home — now and as your needs change. We carry traditional elevators, shaftless homelifts, and through-floor lifts, assessed and installed locally since 1998.

Which Type of Home Elevator Is Right for You?

Home elevators come in several distinct types — and the right one depends on your home's construction, the number of floors you need to serve, whether you use a mobility device, and how much renovation you're willing to do.

Shaftless homelifts (Bruno Connect, Harmar Pollock, Stiltz Duo & Trio) use a self-supporting rail system and can be installed with minimal construction. Through-floor lifts (Savaria Luma, Luma L) travel through a floor cut-out with no hoistway. Panoramic glass elevators (Savaria Vuelift Mini) make a design statement with a 50″ footprint. Traditional elevators (Savaria Eclipse, Infinity, Zenith) require a hoistway and serve up to 5 stops. For commercial or multi-family applications, the Savaria Orion LU/LA Hydraulic and Orion MRL are fully automatic LU/LA elevators.

We'll come to your home or building, assess your layout, and recommend the right solution — at no charge, with no obligation.

Duo Alta Home Elevator

2 passengers

Under 8.5 sq ft · 1-Day Install · 2 Passengers

It uses a self-supporting dual-guide system, so no load-bearing wall or hoistway is required. The quiet electric motor (no hydraulics, no vacuum) plugs into a standard 220V dedicated outlet. Modular sections pass through standard doorways, so a typical retrofit installs in as little as one day. The Duo can be placed at any angle in the room, including in the corner of a staircase.

  • Self-supporting dual-guide system — no load-bearing wall or hoistway

Common Questions About Home Elevators

What Our Customers Say

"We have a three-story townhome and my mother-in-law moved in with us after her hip replacement. They assessed the home, recommended the Savaria Eclipse, and had it installed in a week. She uses it every day. It's become part of the house."

Michael R.

Webster, TX

"I was skeptical that an elevator could fit in our existing home without a major renovation. They showed us the Bruno Connect and it went in with almost no construction. My husband can now get to the bedroom without any help."

Susan K.

League City, TX

"The Savaria Luma was exactly what we needed — two floors, no shaft, installed in a day. It looks like it was always part of the house. My father uses his walker to get in and out with no problem."
